In yoga a strong foundation sets the tone for the rest of our practice. If we take a second and focus our attention on the four corners of our feet, making sure they are firmly planted and activated it makes it so we are fully balanced and aligned. Yoga itself works as a foundation for our life. It brings grounding and balance into our everyday lives. Following yoga philosophy and applying it sets a foundation for our spiritual growth. What even is yoga? It is the exploration of ourself and the universe around us. It helps guide us on the path to self discovery. Setting a strong foundation of morals and guidelines for yourself is key in becoming self aware. What kind of person do you wish to become?
