About

I started this in hopes of being the inspiration for other full time mommas who are also in the middle of their spiritual journey. We are an interesting group, trying to raise tiny spiritual humans without getting lost in the river of life. 

I am not an expert, truly, I know nothing at all! All I know is my own path and how I plan on following it. I am walking on my own path towards samahdi and have come across it several times. I have also lost it several times while straying from that path.

I am raising my son Zen to be a spiritual being as well. Teaching him ashtanga yoga and the eight-fold path. Not only am I teaching my son I am also teaching myself. There are no real answers in yoga, only the answers you find for  yourself. My goal here, and in life, is to create a community of mothers with the same hopes and same aspirations for their children.  I would love for this to be a place of open discussion and a safe place for questions. 

My husband and I will also be opening a coffee shop in the future and this will be the foundation of my learning journey for that as well, along with an online store eventually too! 

I hope to inspire and light a fire in all of you.
